RECOMMENDATION / CADANGAN

Mould ini sesuai digunakan bersama doh fondant, gumpaste,pastillage, flowerpaste dan juga fabric paste. Untuk mendapatkan hasil terbaik, bentuk yang lebih detail serta lakaran yang lebih jelas , sila gunakan commercial fondant yang boleh didapati di pasaran seperti Bakels Pettinice, Regal ice,Satin ice atau Snow ice. Campurkan 250grm paste bersama 1 1/2 tsp gum tragacanth atau tylose dan uli doh hingga sebati. Rehatkan doh selama 20-30 minit sebelum menggunakannya pada lace mould anda.

This mould is suitable to use with fondant, gumpaste, pastilage, flowerpaste,fabric paste or our flobric paste. We highly recommend you to use commercial fondant such as Bakels Pettinice, Regal Ice, Satin Ice or Snow Ice brands. Mix and knead 250 grm of paste with 1 1/2 tsp tragacanth / tylopur /CMC until it become elastic and pliable. Rest the dough for 20-30 minutes prior to usage on mould.

DIRECTION TO USE./ KAEDAH PENGGUNAAN

HOW TO USE Roll out the fondant or modeling paste to the desired thickness. Lightly dust the lace mould, the top and the bottom of the fondant with corn flour and then place the fondant on the mould. With your fingers press firmly on the fondant to get onto all the indentations. Turn the mould over very carefully and then , holding the edge of the Fondant, ease the mould off, taking care not to stretch the fondant. Wait a few minutes until the lace piece firms up a little and carefully cut around the edge of the design. The edge will appear quite straight and sharp, so gently press with your fingertips to flatten a little. This will make the fondant look a lot thinner. If any details has been lost through handling when cutting out, return the fondant to the mould . This will soften the sharpness of the edges also. The lace cut out will need to be damped when applying to the cake. Pieces can be kept stored in a sealed container until ready for use. Clean the lace mould using paint brush, wash it with warm water to prevent a build up of corn flour and continue wipe it with clean cloth. Let it dry before store in seal bag.( QUOTED CORALINES NEEPS) KAEDAH PENGGUNAAN Canaikan doh fondant mengikut ketebalan yang diinginkan. Pindahkan doh yang dicanai diatas permukaan mould anda.sapukan permukaan paste anda dgn sedikit tepung jagung bagi mengelakkan ianya terangkat ketika ditekan, seterusnya tekan permukaan doh ini perlahan lahan. Terbalikkan mould dan keluakan doh biarkan ianya mengering selama 5 minit ( jika perlu).Dengan menggunakan PME wheel roller, potong sisi bentuk lace menggikut kreativiti anda.SugarLace yang terhasil sedia untuk menghiasi kek anda.lace tampak lebih cantik sekiranya diwarnakan atau disapu dengan shimmer dust, sparkle dust atau lustre dust.Untuk dapatkan hasil terbaik , pastikan doh separa kering sebelum disapu dengan dust shimmder/color dengan menggunakan berus leper yang lembut.
