Lace Wedding Cake..

This is another cake that use lace technique on the wedding cake. I found it in the website and the designer is Gary Chapman. You can see how he create the bow using the lace mould, it's beautiful right? . I really no idea who the manufacturer for the mould even I try to search in the website, but you still can create this cake by using swags(F) , border (A) and medallion (E) moulds. The idea is how we manipulate the pattern itself to create elegant fabric effect on the cakes.

Lace Mirror canaikan doh pindahkan doh diatas permukaan lace.. tekan perlahan lahan dan keluarkan .. trim sisi lace dan tampalkan pada kek mengikut kreativiti anda.Untuk effect lain lace ini boleh juga diembossed pada cake. Sila lihat contoh kek Oleh Marry Ann Gonzalves dibawah. Lace ini juga sesuai untuk dilekatkan pada kek kebaya. 2 pattern diperkenalkan, D1 dan D2 (Dahlia) dijual dengan harga Rm 125 bagi sepasang atau Rm 68 setiap satu manakala D3 dan D4 (Daisy) RM 120 sepasang atau Rm65 untuk setiap satu. . Lace On Cake.

This competition cake appeared in one of the cake competition in Western Australia few years ago. I really sure that this is belong to Mary Ann Gonzales of Perth.She used similar lace pattern LACE BORDER A3 to make the border on the cake. You can see how the mould can create the beautiful lace design on this cake and it is depends to our creativity and how we play with the idea to create the stunning cakes.

Lace Border sesuai digunakan untuk membuat side design pada wedding dan mini cakes.Ukuran adalah 9" x 1.5" inches.Selepas doh gula dicanai serta ditekan dipermukaan mould keluarkan perlahan lahan dan potong sisi corak dengan menggunakan PME cutting wheel roler. letakkan sidikit edible glue dipermukaan belakang corak yang telah dipotong dan tampal di sekeliling cake mengikut kreativiti anda.
